Otherwise, Zack is aware of the fact that singing by yourself and looping it makes you look very...not serious. Zack is a simple person trying to explain complex problems... which is why he can't be in a band. Zack is a looping, sampling, a cappella performer. With the assistance of a Boss RC 505 loop station, he samples his way through break-beat and funk improvisations. While primarily a beatboxer/ vocal percussionist, Zack aslo is a serious lyricist. He takes the struggles of money, war and human behavior and attempts to make you feel bad about all of them. The majority of his inspiration comes from his life in a mixed race family.
